The plantation is located near a lovely river valley, the famous Kelanyi River which flows to Colombo. Near the plantation are cataracts where whitewater rafting is offered for tourists.

The Kelanyi River valley is beautiful and has a lush vegetation. Here near the "Cinnamon Brand" restaurant you can eat, drink and enjoy the view on the river with it's beautiful little rock island
